Vi jobbar aktivt för att skapa lugn och ro i den dagliga verksamheten. Det gör vi bland annat genom att ha rutiner och struktur samt en miljö som främjar den fria leken. Vi har ett in- och utcheckningssystem där barnen får inflytande över sitt val av aktivitet. Vi delar ofta in barnen i mindre grupper. För oss är det viktigt att lyssna på alla barn så att de känner sig betydelsefulla.
