Feedback and complaints

Students, guardians, staff, and others involved in and around our organization should feel that we maintain an open, inclusive, and attentive atmosphere within RWS. It is not only possible to provide feedback on our operations, but we also expect it to happen when there is reason to do so. This is an important part of our systematic quality assurance process.

In our school administrative digital platforms, Tyra (for preschools) and Admentum (for elementary schools), accessible to students, guardians, and staff, there is an option to provide opinions, feedback, or complaints about school operations by completing a digital form. These complaints are collected in a digital folder on the RWS intranet, which is accessible to the school management.
