Feedback and complaints

Students, guardians, staff, and others in and around our organization should feel that we have an open, permissive, and listening atmosphere within RWS. It is not only possible to express views about our operations—we expect you to do so whenever there is reason. This is an important part of our systematic quality work.

When you have comments or complaints, you should contact the person concerned directly within the organization. If the matter is serious, you should always contact the principal with your complaint, by phone or by email.

If you are not satisfied with the school’s handling of submitted comments or complaints, you should contact the governing body of Raoul Wallenberg Schools. The best way to do this is by completing the digital form via the button below. The complaint will then be followed up by the governing body in consultation with the school principal and the person who submitted the comments or complaint.
