RWIS Palma

Raoul Wallenberg International School (RWIS) is proud to offer a holistic and values-driven international education, challenging and supporting all students to develop their physical, social, emotional and academic potential.

The RWIS Curriculum

At RWIS, we blend proven global teaching methods inspired by the International Baccalaureate (IB) to assist and guide your child to excel academically, learn practical life skills, and grow into a compassionate, grounded individual.

Currently RWIS is offering education for children 3-13 years (Pre-K1 to Grade 8), adding one more year group each school year.

Strong Academic Foundations
We combine well-known learning standards from the UK (Cambridge) and the US (Common Core) to give children a solid grounding in reading and writing in English, Spanish and Catalan, maths, sciences etc. through an inquiry-based approach.

Essential Life Skills
Using international teaching frameworks, we focus on teaching children how to learn. Rather than just memorizing facts, students practice five core habits: thinking through problems, doing research, communicating clearly, working well with others, and managing their time.

Hands-On Learning
Children learn best by doing. We keep students engaged by asking open questions, thinking outside the box, being risk-takers, working on team activities, and solving real-world challenges through Project Based Learning (PBL), in global contexts.

Character & Values
Education goes beyond test scores. We guide students to care about others and make a positive impact in their community, staying anchored by four key values: Honesty, Compassion, Courage, and Drive.
