With an Argentinian-Italian background, Lucia holds a Diploma in Business Studies and Project Management. She brings five years of experience in administration within the education sector, including managing After-School Activities, coordinating online education programs, and facilitating communication between students, families, and teachers.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Lucia is a valuable addition to our administration team, ensuring smooth operations and effective support for our school community.
Noelia Fernández Oneto
Receptionist and Administrative Assistant
Noelia is usually the first warm smile and reassuring voice you’ll encounter. Proudly Mallorcan with vibrant Mexican roots, she brings a unique blend of local island knowledge and warm, open-hearted energy to our school community.
Fluent in Spanish and English – and always happy to chat in conversational Italian – she is here to make school life easier and smoother for every family.
Patrick Nagel
Admissions and Marketing Manager
Fluent in German, English and Spanish, Patrick brings an international perspective to his work with families and the wider school community.
He has founded and led two after-school academies, one in Germany and one in Spain, and draws on extensive experience working closely with children, families and educators to ensure clear communication, a welcoming admissions journey, and a strong connection between the school and its community.
Chris Hero
Caretaker and Facilities Manager
Hailing from London with Cypriot roots, Chris has lived and worked across Europe, the Americas and the Caribbean. After a decade in healthcare running his own physical therapy practice, he trained as a professional sailor, expecting a year or two at sea. Eleven years later, he was still aboard superyachts, leading teams and keeping vessels running at their best.
That same instinct for keeping a complex operation running smoothly, calmly and well, is exactly what he brings to RWIS today. His adventures eventually brought him to Mallorca, where he has happily called home since 2017.
