With more than twenty years of experience in international education across three continents, Anders Hjelm brings extensive leadership experience, a global perspective and a strong commitment to educational excellence to RWIS. Throughout his career, he has led both well-established international schools and newly founded school communities, gaining valuable insight into creating environments where students, staff and families flourish together.

His educational philosophy is built on the belief that every child should feel supported, challenged and inspired to become the very best version of themselves. He is passionate about creating a warm and inclusive school culture where wellbeing, compassion and academic excellence go hand in hand, and where every member of the community feels connected, heard and valued.
