Tuition Fees
- Tuition fees are payable in advance to secure and maintain enrolment. Fees may be paid annually or in instalments, with a 3% discount applied if paid annually and before August 1.
- Annual tuition and Instalment 1 (September–December): due on or before August 1.
- Instalment 2 (January–March): due on or before December 1.
- Instalment 3 (April–June): due on or before March 1.
- All school-related fees must be paid by SEPA Direct Debit, with Invoices issued in the name of Raoul Wallenberg Mallorca School S.L.U. Returned payments incur bank charges + €30 administration fee.
Enrolment Fee and Deposit
- Enrolment fee (non-refundable): €800.
- Refundable deposit: €1,000.
Deposit refunded on withdrawal with three months’ written notice and no outstanding fees.
Annual Re-Enrolment (All students)
A non-refundable €600 forward-payment as part of the re-enrolment process. This amount is payable by March 1 to secure enrolment, and will be fully deducted from the following academic year’s tuition fees. Places cannot be guaranteed for students whose re-enrolment process is not completed by March 1.
Other Details
- Deposits and any school fees already paid will be returned in full provided that:
– a minimum of three months’ written notice of withdrawal is provided,
– there are no outstanding financial or contractual obligations to the School at the time of withdrawal. - All school-related fees must be paid by SEPA Direct Debit, with Invoices issued in the name of Raoul Wallenberg Mallorca School S.L.U.
