CEO
Per Egon Johansson has extensive experience in business, public administration, and politics. In the 1990s, he served as State Secretary at the Ministry of Communications and CEO of Bilprovningen. For over 15 years, he was a senior advisor to corporate and government leaders on organizational and strategic matters. Per Egon founded Raoul Wallenberg Schools in 2006.
Eva Arfwedson

Eva Arfwedson has extensive and solid experience in sports, education, and municipal administration both in Sweden and abroad. During her years as an elite handball player, including playing professionally overseas, and as a physical education teacher, Eva developed a strong sense of the importance of teamwork, clear goals, and achieving great results. She also has many years of experience as a principal in various types of schools, including founding RWS Järvastaden.

Joachim Lindesjö has 25 years of experience as a business controller and financial manager in a wide range of service companies. For five years, he served as a financial manager in the education sector, specifically at Medlearn. Joachim has been the financial manager at RWS since 2018.
