The Board of Governors is made up of people with experience from different walks of life and with different skill profiles. The owner, board and management have been approved by the Swedish Schools Inspectorate in a due diligence process.
Dag Sundström,
Chairman of the Board
Dag is currently a management consultant and partner at InterPares Management Consultants and has previously been a management consultant in a leading global consulting firm. He advises in the areas of business development, leadership and organisational issues and business assessments. Dag has extensive experience in IT, telecommunications, automotive, aerospace, pharmaceuticals and defence and has experience as CEO and President in both listed and unlisted companies.
Carmela Fuchs Gerson,

Carmela currently works as a management consultant and trainer at her own company Almerac. She has wide experience from leading positions in Swedish business in the areas of telecommunications, insurance and logistics and was CEO of the web agency Intellecta Interactive for 8 years. Carmela has previously been a member of the board of Hillel School’s after-school programme.
Rosemary Waher Schennings,

Rosemary is currently a leadership consultant and partner at Gaia Leadership. She has many years of experience as a school principal, chief training officer and CEO in training companies. She has been a driving-force in the development of the Linköping University Faculty of Medicine and Health Science medical programmes, developed a new training programme for the Swedish Police and started up new upper-secondary schools, compulsory schools and pre-schools.
Martin Tholsby,

Martin holds a Master of Science in IT Management and graduated in 2006. For a couple of years after that, he worked as a business analyst in the IT sector. Today, Martin is sales manager and co-owner of ViaEcole, an IT company that develops and markets IT-based learning platforms for the education sector.
Per Egon Johansson,
board member and CEO
Per Egon Johansson has extensive experience in business, public administration and politics. In the 1990s, Per Egon was State Secretary at the Swedish Ministry of Transport and Communications and CEO of the Swedish motor vehicle inspection company, Bilprovningen. For more than 15 years, he was then a senior advisor to business and agency management teams on organisational and strategic issues. Per Egon founded the Raoul Wallenberg Schools in Sweden in 2006.
